myAscension Login

The myAscension login portal provides a complete overview of all personnel-related activities in one centralized location. Those who have already signed up for account access can log in in just a few seconds by entering a registered email address or team member ID.

There is a format for your User ID and a temporary password that you must use if you are a first-time user to access your account. Returning users can access their accounts using their User ID and password.

How Your Account is Protected

Ascension Healthcare has taken extra steps to ensure your private health information remains confidential. Your records are safe from unauthorized access because myAscension is password-protected and information is delivered via an encrypted connection.

All communication between you and Ascension Healthcare using myAscension is carried over a secure, encrypted connection. Encryption means the information is encoded in such a way that no one can read it during transmission. Also, your health records are stored behind a firewall to prohibit unauthorized access.

In addition, myAscension access requires a unique username and password assigned to you. myAscension is owned and operated by Ascension Healthcare and is fully compliant with federal and state laws about your privacy. Your name and email address will be kept private and confidential and will never be sold or released by Ascension.

myAscension Login

The myAscension Login portal is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for employees. Each employee will be given their user account credentials through which all the administrative matters can be accessed and managed.

Contact your store manager or HR representative for assistance if you do not have your login credentials. For those with login credentials, follow these simple instructions to access your Ascension employee account:

  • Visit the MyAscension Employee Portal – https://my.ascension.org/
  • Under the sign-in section, enter your registered email address, Phone number, or Skype.
  • After you enter the id, click on the “Next” button provided below the box.
  • You will head towards another web page where you will be needed to enter the password.
  • Now, you have entered the MyAscension portal with success.
  • Check out all the features available for the employees.

Once you’ve entered your user ID and password, you can customize your settings and adjust your Ascension benefits. You can choose to have a dental or vision plan or opt out of these plans altogether.

MyAscension Login With a Security Key

  1. Copy the MyAscension Employee Portal – https://my.ascension.org/ to your browser and sign in as you normally would.
  2. Select Security > More security options.
  3. Select Add a new way to sign in or verify.
  4. Select Use a security key.
  5. Identify what type of key you have (USB or NFC) and select Next.
  6. You will be redirected to the setup experience where you will insert or tap your key.
  7. Create a PIN (or enter an existing PIN if you have already created one).
  8. Take the follow-up action by touching either the button or gold disk if your key has one (or read the instruction manual to figure out what else it might be).
  9. Name your security key so that you can distinguish it from other keys.
  10. Sign out and open Microsoft Edge, select Use Windows Hello or security key instead, and sign in by inserting or tapping your key.

Note: Your security key manufacturer might provide software that can help you manage your key, such as by changing the PIN or creating a fingerprint.

Beginning March 27, multifactor authentication (MFA) will be enabled on my.ascension.org. For associates already enrolled in Duo MFA, two-step verification will be required if you access the portal from outside the Ascension network. For those on the network or who are not yet enrolled in MFA, you may notice a message saying you are being logged in through Duo.
