Reset Your Password – myAscension

Individuals who are already a part of Ascension have their own individual myAscension Portal accounts. The website is all about creating a healthy environment for its employees and certainly, the work is carried out through the portal as well.

You can use your user ID and password anywhere you see the “Log in to MyAscension portal” button, including HR portals and other apps you use to manage your records from various departments.

Reset Your Password – myAscension

Since your myAscension employee Portal account contains confidential financial information, you must keep your login credentials safe. Please do not give it to other people, as it compromises the safety of your account.

However, if you have forgotten your Username/Password, you can reset your password or retrieve your User ID through the portal. If you feel that someone else is using your account, you need to reset your password immediately. Here’s how;

  • Visit the MyAscension login portal
  • On the login page, click on “Reset Your Password”. Or copy https://ipm.ascension.org to your browser.
  • After that a page will open here click on the Forgotten password link.
  • Then enter your username and select domain.
  • After that click on the Continue button.
  • Follow the instructions to reset your password.

Once you’ve successfully reset your credentials, you will be able to access all of the features available on MyAscension. If you need assistance or have any questions, please get in touch with your local Ascension Technologies Service Desk for help.

To access Ascension systems, please log in with your user ID and password. Simply enter your user ID (e.g., asmith95), not your domain with a user ID (e.g., flpen\asmith95).

When working outside of an Ascension facility, multi-factor authentication through Duo also is required as an added layer of security to protect your login credentials and data. Please contact the Ascension Technologies Service Desk if you need assistance with Duo multi-factor authentication.

If you are accessing from an Ascension facility or already on the network, you may notice a message saying you are being logged in through Duo automatically.

AMITA Health Associates

Your log-in is the same as your AMITA Health Network ID, but do NOT include the domain and backslash (e.g. amita\ or alexian\ or multihosp\) in the User ID field.

Your password would be your AMITA Health email password.
